Review of Trulieve’s Ground TruFlower
Trulieve is my favorite dispensary in Florida thus far for several reasons, one of them being their 7-gram containers of ground flower priced at $25 each. Ground TruFlower has been an option at Trulieve since February of 2020 and is only available for purchase one day a week. According to the dispensary’s website, it is the “same quality TruFlower” that is sold as whole flower, but ground up. This statement indicates that Ground TruFlower is not just “shake,” or the tiny bits of flower that fall off of larger buds over time. (Shake is also referred to as the leftovers or remains of cannabis flower). While I have seen some patients express complaints that Trulieve’s Ground TruFlower is of lesser quality than their whole flower, I have had no such problems. In fact, I prefer buying Ground TruFlower as opposed to regular whole TruFlower because it offers the same quality but at a reasonable price.
Each of Trulieve’s Ground TruFlower options is a mixture of two different strains. I have tried three of these options: C&C, which is a mixture of Girl Scout Cookies (hybrid) and Green Crack (sativa), Catnip Kush, which is Jack Herer (sativa) and Super Silver Haze (sativa), and Jaguar Rosettes (pictured below), which is Rebel Sour (hybrid) and 5 G’s Purple F2 (hybrid). My favorite was Jaguar Rosettes, closely followed by Catnip Kush and then C&C. The Jaguar Rosettes contained the highest percentage of THC: 19.5%. While I will focus on the Jaguar Rosettes Ground TruFlower strain for the remainder of this review, I feel that these three strains induced very similar effects, so I view them as interchangeable.
Trulieve’s Ground TruFlower in the strain Jaguar Rosettes helps my depression immensely. I feel that it is a pretty potent strain that allows me to enter a state of euphoria in which I find myself almost laughing for no reason. I also appreciate this strain because it does not make me tired, as many others do. I find that my productivity does not decrease and my creativity increases after smoking Jaguar Rosettes. Additionally, it smells and tastes very fruity to me, which is quite pleasant. I highly recommend Trulieve’s Ground TruFlower as it has proven itself to be of high quality as well as affordable. I feel the need to emphasize that while some people tend to speak negatively of this product and, as mentioned previously, assert that it is of lesser quality than regular TruFlower, you must take these comments with a grain of salt and try the product for yourself! I would not have discovered how much I like Ground TruFlower if I had listened to the negative reviews and not tried it for myself.
